Cancellations received in writing to the VFA office by Monday, April 17, 2023 will receive a refund, minus a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 17. Transfer of a registration to a colleague is free of charge but must be requested in writing to VFA by Monday, April 17, 2023.

Self-parking is $10.00 per guestroom, per night for overnight guests. The charge will be applied to the guestroom reservation, and a parking pass will be given to each guest upon arrival.
