The Welcome Happy Hour is included in the Full Registration, and the Wednesday Only registration. Additional tickets may be purchased.

Fun Run

7:00 AM - 7:30 AM

Meet-up with your fellow Summit attendees in the lobby of the hotel for a run/walk along the Elizabeth River.

Interactive Tours

2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

A true highlight of each Forestry Summit, our tours provide an opportunity to interact with the local forest resource and local attractions alongside your fellow attendees. Space is limited! Some additional fees may be required.

Reception & Awards Banquet

7:00 PM - 9:30 PM

The final evening of the 2026 Forestry Summit highlights the forestry community's most accomplished leaders and celebrates the past year. A reception precedes our annual Awards Banquet, which also includes a silent auction.

​

The reception and banquet is included in the cost of a full registration. Guests may join us for the reception and Banquet for an additional fee.

Fellowship of Christian Foresters

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

The Christian Foresters Fellowship will hold a brief devotional with a forestry theme and time for fellowship/prayer requests.
All are invited and welcomed.
